Underground Cellar Wine Review

Disclosure - free sample provided.

Do you love trying new wines?  I want to introduce you to Underground Cellar.  This is a great website to purchase wines.  There website is really neat and the way it works is unique.  They offer a wine collections.  You can order anywhere from one bottle and up.  The collection consists of a number of wines.  You pay a certain price for your wine and you will receive wines from that specific collection.  If you pay $25 there is a chance you could get a $25 bottle, but there is also a chance you will get a more expensive bottle.  I have seen that some collections have bottles that are over $100 in them.  The shipping on their wine goes down in price when you purchase more bottles.  The best shipping deal is when you order 6 bottles.

I had fun checking out Underground Cellar's website and deciding what collection I wanted to order from.  I kept checking back daily and found something of interest.  The collections do sell out, so you need to act on the offers quickly.  I ordered from a collection that they had called Merleaux.  I received two wonderful bottles of their 2011 Sonoma County Merlot.  I was impressed with the wine.  It was a full bodied red wine.  This is a smooth red and it is a dry wine.

You can learn more about Underground Cellar's wine collections by visiting their website.  You can also order directly from their website.  You can also connect with them on Facebook and Twitter.

  1. The wine is okay. The problem is that once ordered, the wine takes about six weeks before they can ship it. If you don't mind lengthy waits for your wine, I guess it okay.
