Disney Publishing - New Release Books for Kids - Review

I always love when I get new books for my kids.  We recently opened a package with a variety of new release books from Disney Publishing.  This is an awesome way for us to start our Summer break!  We love to read!  Disney has some exciting new books coming out soon.  I am so thrilled to be able to share these with you.  Please let me know if you pick any of these up for your kids.  I would love to know what you think!

World of Reading

World of Reading books are books that Disney offers that are for readers just starting out.  These come in a variety of different levels.  They start at Pre-1 and they go to level 3.  The Pre-1 are the most baskic.  We received a Disney Junior set of Pre-1 readers.  This box set is filled with 6 great books that feature the fun Disney Junior characters.  These are perfect for pre-school aged children.  The books include stories featuring Doc McStuffins, Jake, Minnie, and Sofia.  These really are fun, and this set would be a really nice gift for any pre-schooler.  We also received a Marvel World of Reading boxed set.  We fell in love with this one.  This features 6 level 1 books.  They have fun  like Spiderman, Iron-man, X-men, and more.  This is a really great set for the Marvel fan!  We also received a Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy Level 1 book.  This is a book that introduces your child to the Guardians of the Galaxy.  The book features simple words that your child will shortly get to know.  Jake and the Never Land Pirates - Pirate Campuot is another Level 1 book that is great for the beginning reader.  This book follows Jake as he goes camping.  

Dear Princess

Do you have a Disney Princess fan in your house?  My 7 year old truly enjoyed this book.  It is beautiful.  The book features so many of the princesses that we all know.  Each section starts off with a letter that opens up.  My daughter got a kick out of reading these.  The letters really make the book fun.  The illustrations in this book are really beautiful too.  This book will be available in September and it will retail for about $12.99.

Sailing The Never Sea

This is a board book that is durable and can hold up to little ones that tend to be hard on books.  This book features Jake and The Never Land Pirates.  The book is in full color.  It features simple text that is appropriate for pre-school aged children.  The book is a fun story about sailing on the sea.  The book will be available in early July.  It will retail for about $7.99.  

Halloween Disney Books

I cannot believe that Halloween is approaching soon!  It will be here before we know it.  Disney sent me a few Halloween books for my kids to enjoy.  We love to read Halloween stories as the holiday approaches.  Doc McStuffins - Boo to You is a Touch and Feel book.  This is book is a story about Doc and her dad's Halloween Spectacular.  The book is really fun because it has neat textures to touch and feel throughout the book.  The book will be available for purchase July 22nd.  Michey's Spooky Night is another great book to help you celebrate Halloween.  The book is a hard board book, so once again it is perfect for those that aren't always gentle with books.  The book is in full color.  It is really nicely illustrated with color pictures too.  The book features Micky and his friends in a story about a Halloween party.  This book will be available for purchase on July 22nd, and it will retail for about $10.99.
