I love when my kids get lost in great toys.  I personally try to find toys that make them think, and are educational in some manner.  The Learning Journey International has a great selection of fun toys that have an educational aspect to them.  We received a Marble Mania Vortex 2.0 from them.  My kids love it.  It really is a toy that you can spend hours playing with.  My husband and I even had fun with this great marble maze.  My cats got a kick out of watching the marbles go round and round on it.

This marble maze from The Learning Journey International is just one of the many that they offer.  The Marble Mania Vortex 2.0 is a 300 piece set.  It is geared towards children that are 8 years of age and up.  I have a 7 and a 9 year old and I thought it was perfect for them.  However, the set up needs to be done by an adult.  This is not just a boring marble maze.  This has a marble launcher and it launches the marbles over and over again.  The marbles ride on a track that has twists and turns.  It also makes great sounds as the marbles are moving throughout the track.  This is a 3-D maze and it even glows in the dark.  It truly is an impressive set that provides my kids with endless fun.  I love that this teaches children about movement and motion with a hands on approach.
