William Hill Estate Winery Review

Disclosure - free sample provided.

What is in my wine glass?

You have seen William Hill Estate Winery featured on my blog a few times.  This is an impressive winery that has excellent wines.  Have you tried any of these?  They offer a great selection of red and white wines.  I was recently given the opportunity to try some of their newly released wines.  They have a Central Coast Merlot, and a Central Coast Sauvignon Blanc.  Which one would you want to try?

William Hill Central Coast Sauvignon Blanc
This is a dry white wine.  Although, it does have notes of fruitness to it.  It has hints of Meyer lemon, lychee, and more.  The wine is served best chilled and super cold.  It is a great crisp white to serve in the Summer too!  It is easy to drink and perfect for entertaining.  This wine is made from Sauvignon grapes from the North Coast.  It retails for about $17 a bottle.  The wine would be perfect paired with grilled chicken or pork.  What would you pair it with?

William Hill Central Coast Merlot
I really love a great dry red wine.  This wine is just that.  The William Hill Central Coast Merlot is a smooth red.  It is similar to a Cab, but not as rich in flavor.  This Merlot is made with Merlot grapes from the Central Coast.  The wine has a hint of spiciness to it.  This wine retails for about $17 a bottle too.

These are just some of the wines that the William Hill Estate Winery offers.  You can visit their website to learn more about all of them.
