Peanut Butter and Co. Back to School #Giveaway 9/20 #PBJrevolution CLOSED

It is time for back to school here in our house!  That means that I am trying to come up with lunch ideas for my kids.  There are so many great ways to kick up a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.  You can add sliced banana, marshmallow fluff, and much more.  What is your favorite kind of peanut butter and jelly sandwich?  Do you like crunchy peanut butter or smooth?  Peanut Butter and Co. offers a variety of peanut butter products for all of your back to school needs.  They offer traditional peanut butters, but also some unique and fun varieties.  






My kids are traditionalists when it comes to their peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.  We received a jar of of Peanut Butter and Co.'s Smooth Operator Peanut Butter.  This is similar to the kind of peanut butter I ate as a kid.  It has a touch of sweetness, and it is nice and creamy.  We also tried their Old Fashioned Smooth Peanut Butter.  This is also an excellent Peanut Butter for your traditional style peanut butter and jelly sandwich.  Peanut Butter and Co. also offers a selection of jams to create the perfect PB&J.  Their Seriously Strawberry Jam has a really great natural strawberry flavor.  I fell in love with their Rip-Roaring Raspberry preserves.  You really can tell that these are made with real raspberries from the flavor.

    I looked on the site and see that they also have Baking mixes. The Peanut Butter baking mix looks so interesting to get and make. I love Peanut butter cookies. This peanut butter looks delicious. I have never tried it.

    I've had my eye on a couple of their butters (white chocolate and honey) that I'd like to try, but today I saw this recipe on their blog and really want to make it: Roasted Vegetable Sandwich with Garlic Peanut Butter Spread.
