I simply apply the coconut oil on my hair and leave it on for awhile. I then wash it and condition it. The end results were great! I also used the Paradise Coconut Oil on my dry skin. It is really nourishing. I simply rub a small amount of the product into dry areas. It worked great on dry feet, knees, and eczema.
