Diet-to-Go Review

I have the hardest time dieting.  I think my biggest issue is that I know I should not be eating the same thing my kids are eating all the time.  I think finding an easy way to prepare healthy meals for yourself can be a challenge.  I just don't always have the time to prepare something special just for myself.  How do you find time to prepare healthy and nutritious meals on busy days?

I want to introduce you to Diet-to-Go.  I have been looking to drop a few pounds.  However, I get lazy when it comes to preparing the food.  Diet-to-Go takes all the work out of that for you.  This is a program that delivers healthy meals to your door.  You simply warm them in the microwave, and you have a low calorie meal that is fast!  This is perfect for me.  I end up running around half the day, and then worry about what to eat for dinner for myself.  Diet-to-Go has solved the problem for me.  






Diet-to-Go send me 5 days of delicious meals.  I opted for their 1200 calorie a day option.  They also have a vegetarian, traditional, and low carb option.  I chose their traditional meals.  I also like that I was given the option to tell them some of my dislikes too.  I don't eat seafood or fish, so items containing that were substituted in my meals.  This is also great if you have a food allergy, and cannot eat a certain item.  







The meals that I received consisted of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.  They were all really good.  I like that the meals are fresh and they taste great.  They don't taste processed.  I like that the meals were flavorful, but they were not too salty.  I also felt that the meals were very filling.  I think it can be hard to diet if you always feel hungry.  Diet-to-Go meals kept me full and satisfied.  

I had a few favorites in the selection of meals that I received.  The tomato mushroom omelet was my favorite breakfast.  This was loaded with veggies, and flavor.  It was really filling too.  I also really liked the Johnny veggie pizza.  I was in love with the idea of eating pizza on a diet.  This pizza was loaded with yummy veggies.  I also enjoyed the turkey salisbury steak.  The turkey with gravy was flavorful, and the mashed potatoes were delicious.

  1. I would love to try Diet-to-Go. It sounds so nice and convenient and a great way to get health foods and stay on a diet. I need this.
