Syono's Orthotic Inserts are really easy to use.  You simply order the side you need, but these can also be trimmed to size.  The inserts are simply slipped into a closed toe style shoe.  You press the insert down firmly.  I really felt the difference in my shoes right away.  They made my shoes more comfortable and gave my feet the support that they need.
