I take dental health very seriously. I am always looking for ways to make brushing fun for my 8 and 10 year old. I have tried to teach them the importance of cleaning their teeth from a very young age. What do you do to make brushing fun, and less of a chore? My daughter is so picky about the type of toothpaste she uses. She often complains about the flavorings in them. She really was pleased with the flavorings used in the Cavity Zapper toothpaste. Her favorite variety was the groovy grape. They offer other flavors too like berry blast too. They offer Fluoride based toothpaste, but also Fluoride free. The Fluoride based toothpaste helps to prevent cavities, strengthen enamel, freshen breath, and clean plaque. I love that their toothpaste contains no Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. It doesn't contain artificial flavors or colors either.

I learned that healthy gums don't bleed. Yikes! I learned that many other toothpastes have ingredients that can be absorbed into gums that are not healthy ingredients.
