I have always been interested in learning how to infuse when it comes to cooking in the kitchen. Have you ever done this before? Infuse by Eric Prum and Josh Williams makes infusing easy. I was really impressed with this book. It teaches you how to easily infuse oils, spirits, and water. There are so many uses for infused oils, spirits, and water when it comes to the kitchen.
Infuse really simply explains how to infuse different items. I love how easy it is! I honestly expected infusing to be much harder than it really is. The book includes recipes on how to infuse, but also how to use the oil, spirit, or water that you infused. This book has more than 50 great recipes. The book also gives you the basics. This means that they tell you exactly what you need to infuse. It is broken down very simply.
I personally love infused oils. I have only purchased them previously, but I will be making them now. I love to use infused oils with a great bread, and dip it. The infused oil section in this book has so many recipes. Olio Santo is a tasty oil that is infused with chili peppers. This is a Caribbean style oil. Yum! There is even a recipe for basil oil, sage oil, and more!
Infused spirits are a fun idea. This is alcohol infused with lots of flavor. These recipes are so easy too. These are the way to impress your house guests when they come over too! Did you know that you can make peach bourbon? This book tells you how, and it is so easy! Some of the other recipes for infused spirits include Irish Cream, Limoncello, and many more.
Infused waters are great year round, but they are a great way to get yourself or your family to drink a little more water in the warmer months. Infused waters are flavorful, and refreshing. The Jalepeno Spiked Grapefruit Water sounds amazing! There is also an amazing recipe for Pineapple Mint Coconut Water.
What type of recipe would you want to try from the book Infuse? There really are so many great ones to choose from. You can learn more about Infuse here. You can learn more about the authors here.
