I have so many fond memories of coloring as a child.  I will be honest.  I still love to color.  My 6 year old daughter must take after me because she loves coloring too.  I want to introduce you to a product that will provide you with hours of coloring fun.  This is no way like a typical coloring book either.  DoodleArt offers a great selection of posters with beautiful designs.  These posters are perfect for some nice quiet time when you want to color.  These are in no way just for kids either.  They are great for adults too.  They make a really nice family activity as well.

I received a beautiful DoodleArt poster.  This poster also comes with a set of markers.  The markers are also double sided.  This means that you can use the fine tip for smaller areas and the larger for bigger areas. The markers color nicely too.  I love that you can open the packaging up and start coloring immediately.  The poster that I received is called "Fairy Tales."  My 6 year old fell in love with the poster.  We both enjoyed coloring the poster together.  She didn't want to stop coloring at night when it was time for bed.  The first thing she asked about when she woke up was where I had put the poster.  The DoodleArt posters provide you with hours of coloring fun.  I say that because they give you a very large area to color.  The design we received has very intricate drawings on it.  This is really fun.  The finished product is something really neat that you can hang up on your wall too.

Butterfinger Bites One of a Kind Recipes - Review

Butterfinger is a candy that I have always loved.  What do you love about a Butterfingers?  I love the crunchy peanut buttery center and the creamy and delicious chocolate outside.  Butterfinger also offers Butterfinger Bites.  These are the same great Butterfinger candy, but in bit size pieces.  They are easy to eat and I love that if you just want a little something sweet that you can just have a few!

Butterfinger Bites are also popular with top pastry chefs.  They are helping kick off the Butterfinger Bites recipe program.  The Butterfinger Bite recipe program also has asked dessert food trucks to create their own special treats with the use of the Butterfinger Bites.  This will run through the end of the year.    How would you incorporate Butterfinger Bites into your recipes.  I am gearing up to do some baking for the holidays.  I plan on chopping these up and adding them to brownies, chocolate chip cookies and much more!  I know the flavor of the Butterfinger Bites will add so much to my own recipes.

I also want to share with you a recipe below that was created by Sally Camacho.  This recipe is for a Butterfinger Bites Fritter.  It sounds amazing.  I hope you will give it a try.  Let me know what you think if you try it out!

Butter Finger Bites Fritter - recipe was provided for me

Ingredients

• ½ cup water
• ½ cup whole milk
• 4 oz unsalted butter
• 1 zest orange (per fritter)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 pinch ground nutmeg
• 1 pinch ground cardamom
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 each whole eggs
• 1 each egg white
• 16-18 pieces Butterfinger Bites
• ¼ cup powdered sugar
• 1 qt oil (frying)

Directions

COMBINE water, milk, butter, and zest.Bring to scald. Place on low heat. In a bowl, combine flour, nutmeg, cardamom, salt, and baking powder. Add flour mixture to hot milk mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon. Continue to cook on low heat until a nice ball of dough forms. Stir for 3-5 minutes. Remove mixture from heat and place in electric mixer

MIX on medium speed, adding eggs and egg whites one by one then allow mixture to emulsify. Place mixture in a piping bag with a star #8 size tip. Pipe rosettes onto pre-cut parchment paper. Place one Butterfinger Bite in the center of each rosette and top with more mixture to enclose the Butterfinger Bite

HEAT oil to 345 degrees in a pot that will give you 4” of oil depth. Place each fitter with paper side up in hot oil. Fry for 30sec – 4 minutes turning fritters evenly for consistent texture. May take 30sec to 4 minutes to fry. Drain fritters on a paper towel lined plate and place on parchment paper

SERVE warm with powdered sugar dusted in top

There are so many really cute options for legwear out there, but do you find them comfortable?  I often find that tights, pantyhose, and socks are not comfortable at all.  However, I love the look.  I want to introduce you to Kushyfoot.  This is a company that offers stylish legwear and more.  They have done something very unique though.  They have made it super comfortable to wear!

I received a pair of Kushyfoot's shaping tights.  These are stylish and come in a variety of color and style options.  They are super comfortable to wear too.  The tights that I received help suck everything in too.  I love them!  These tights are great to wear with skirts and dresses.  I really like the foot portion of the tights.  They make it so that the tights are comfortable to wear all day long.  The foot portion has a massaging insole that adds extra cushion to your step.  The tights are also reinforced.  This means that they are made to last.

Kushyfoot Trouser Socks

I typically look for stylish trouser socks to wear with my flats during the cooler month.  Kushyfoot's trouser socks are a great way to add a little warmth to your feet, but also style.  They also are very comfortable to wear.  The trouser socks also contain a massaging insole.  They are great for wearing all day long.  These are stylish too.  I was so excited to see the fun options these are available in.  I fell in love with the fishnet trouser socks I received.  They really add some fun to any outfit.

I want to tell you about a really neat subscription box.  This box is unique and I haven't seen one like it yet!  The Montubox is a subscription box geared towards children.  This is a box that comes loaded with educational items.  The best part is that they are not only products that will allow your child to learn about something, but they are fun too!  My kids truly love to learn when they enjoy what they are doing.

My kids couldn't wait to get into all the great items in the Montubox.  We received a box that was for a boy ages 7-9.  However, I have a 6 year old girl and an 8 year old boy.  Both of them loved everything in the box.  My children are fascinated about space.  They were excited to see that the box had a space theme.  The box came with a 100 piece solar system puzzle, a space calendar, a create and color space alien kit, markers, a book titled "Living in Space, a solar system mobile kit, and a package of 200 paper planes to fold and fly.  This made for hours and hours of educational fun.

Cookie Dough Bites Review and #Giveaway 1/25 CLOSED

One of my favorite things to do as a family is relax together and watch movies at home.  My 6 and 8 year old love to do this.  I think it's so much fun to make movie night special with fun treats too! The Rockin' Baby Sling is a sling that holds your little one.  It can be worn a number of different ways.  This all depends on the age of your child or how you want to hold them.  My 6 year old still wants to be held or carried once in awhile.  I tried out the Rockin' Baby Sling with her because she is still only 34 lbs.  The sling will hold a child up to 40 lbs.  I was very impressed with how easy the sling is to put on and figure out.  I tried out the back carry with the sling.  It is also easy to put your child in and take out.  The sling is comfortable to wear too with the child in it.  It takes a lot of weight off of your arms.  I also love that this is a great way to help bond with a child.

Blair's Death Sauce Review

I absolutely love good hot sauce.  I love it super hot.  My husband and I truly enjoy finding new varieties to try and we try and find types that are extra hot.  Are you a hot sauce lover or do you know someone that loves extremely hot food?  I want to introduce you to Blair's Death Sauce.  They offer these sauces in a variety of different heat levels.  They are great tasting sauces that can be used on so many different foods!

I received a sampler of 4 different sauces that Blair's offers.  This is a nice way to see which one you like and is your favorite.  I personally don't like the same kind of hot sauce on all foods.  Sometimes I like to use one on my eggs and one on chips.  I received 4 minis that included Blair's Original Death Sauce, Blair's Jalepeno Death Sauce, Blair's Sudden Death Sauce, and Blair's After Death Sauce.  The hottest of these is the Sudden Death Sauce.  I loved it.  This is one of the hottest hot sauces I have had.  If you are not used to super hot food then please just try a tiny amount first.  All of the sauces not only had great flavor, but a nice heat.  All of the sauces are going to be something that I use frequently. I love how the sampler is packaged.  It also includes 2 cute skull keychains.  This makes a really cute gift for the hot sauce lover.
