Pam Cooking Spray Review

Do you get tired of scrubbing pans like crazy after you cook?  This drives me nuts.  I end up soaking and scrubbing for what seems like forever.  I recently tried Pam Cooking Spray and it can help you solve this problem.  It had been awhile since I had last used it, so I was interested in how it would work.

My recent goal is to eat healthier.  Pam Cooking Spray can help with that too.  Pam is a great way to turn a cooking sheet or pan into a nonstick without having to grease it with tons of added fat.  Pam Cooking Spray is a product that is simple to use.  You just spray a small amount on the pan or sheet you want to lightly grease or make nonstick.

I have recently started to use Pam Cooking Spray when I make casseroles.  I tend to cook quite a few casseroles in the cooler months.  Do you cover your casserole with aluminum foil?  I do.  My issue is that a number of times I find that the foil sticks to the top of the casserole.  The end result is half of your casserole is stuck on the foil.  This really stinks when it's something like enchiladas or lasagna and half the cheese is gone.  I have found a trick to solve this issue.  I spray the foil that would normally stick to the food with Pam Cooking Spray!  It works wonders.  My casseroles no longer stick to the foil.

What do you use Pam Cooking Spray for?  There are a number of uses including in your pans when cooking eggs, baking and so much more.  You can learn more about Pam by visiting their website.  You can also connect with Pam Cooking Spray on Facebook.
