Appleseed Lane July Box - Review

Disclosure - free sample provided.

I recently reviewed a really fun box geared towards kids.  Appleseed Lane is a monthly subscription box that combines educational activities with fun!  I think it is important for children to have fun while they learn.  This is a great way to teach concepts with a hands on approach.  We received a July box from Appleseed Lane.  This box had a Light and Color theme.

My kids really enjoyed the July Appleseed Lane box.  i actually enjoyed helping them with the projects that came in this months box.  This box came with 4 activities.  My 7 and 9 year old loved them.  The activities included color splash, a cool kaleidoscope, stained glass, and sunsational shadows.  We had 2 favorites in this box.  My kids really enjoyed making the cool kaleidoscope.  This is a simple activity that allows your child to make a really colorful kaleidoscope in just a few minutes.  My kids were amazed by the neat colors inside the kaleidoscope.  They also really enjoyed the stained glass activity.  This was a simple activity that has your child place colored cellophane on a clear sheet.  I liked watching my kids use their imagination as they cut out different shapes with the cellophane and taped them to their design.  Which activity in the July Appleseed Lane box do you think your child would enjoy?

You can learn more about ordering your own box from Appleseed Lane by visiting their website.  You can also connect with them on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
