Carnivor Cabernet Sauvignon Review

Disclosure - free sample provided.

I really love a good dry red wine.  I found just that when I tried Carnivor's 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon.  This is an excellent dry red, and I think it is one of my favorites.  This cab is rich in flavor.  It is easy to drink, and very smooth.  It would be so good paired with red meat!  What would you pair it with?

Carnivor's 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is a California wine.  The grapes come from vineyards in Lodi.  The wine is blended with Petite Sirah. The wine is one of the most flavorful Cabernet's that I have had.  it is said to have flavors of espresso and chocolate.  It didn't have a bite like many cabs have.  I was really impressed. I also thought that the bottle was really neat looking.  It would make an excellent gift for any wine lover!

This bottle retails for about $15.  You can visit the Carnivor website to learn more about this excellent wine.  Please come back and let me know what you think of it, if you try it.
