Melissa's Produce - Microwaveable Artichokes Review

I have always loved artichokes.  They are one of my favorite veggies.  My daughter loves them too.  I usually steam them, but honestly it can take a very long time.  How do you prepare your artichokes?  I want to introduce you to a really neat way to prepare artichokes.  Melissa's Produce offers microwaveable artichokes.  This makes cooking artichokes so easy!  They are great for busy weeknights when you really need to get dinner on the table fast.

I received some samples of Melissa's microwaveable artichokes.  These come wrapped in plastic.  You leave the plastic on and then pop them in the microwave.  You simply microwave them for about 3 to 6 minutes.  The artichokes even have a handy pop up timer on the bottom that pops up to tell you when your artichoke is done.  The artichokes were so easy to make.  They were flavorful and delicious.  This is going to make serving artichokes on a busy night super simple.
