Melissa's Produce California Green Keitt Mango Review

I love mango.  It is one of my favorite fruits.  I was given an opportunity to try Melissa's California Green Keitt Mangoes recently.  These are so good!  I was truly impressed.  The size of these mangoes is impressive.  They are huge.  I received two of these.  The box I received weighed about 5 pounds.  That gives you an idea of how massive they are.  The mangoes themselves are a little different than the variety I typically find in the grocery store.  The flesh of the fruit is a lighter color.  I found them to be super sweet.  The texture of the fruit was almost silky.  I also noticed that you get so much fruit off of each mango.

Melissa's California Green Keitt Mangoes can be used in so many ways.  They really are delicious just eaten by themselves.  I used them in my salsa to add a tropical flavor.  It really was excellent.  My favorite way to use the Green Keitt Mango is in a margarita.  I blended the flesh of the fruit and added it to my favorite margarita recipe.  This was the best margarita I had ever had.
