Bruce Foods Chili and Hot Sauce Review and Giveaway 2/17 CLOSED

I absolutely love hot and spicy food!  I am always looking for great products that have great flavor and nice heat.  The hardest thing I find is that many items might be spicy, but they just don't have a good flavor.  

I was very excited when I found out I would be reviewing some tasty spicy products for chili!  I love making chili.  It is a great winter dish.  I am always running around with my kids, so what I do is I put my chili in the crockpot to cook.  It makes it simple, so that I have a great meal when it's dinner time.  I used the Mexene Chili Powder I received to make some crockpot chili that was delicious.  Chili is a great dish to bring for potlucks or tailgating parties too!

I also like that the Mexene Chili seasoning packet I received is very easy to use.  You can even use it to make chili in your  microwave - for a super quick meal.  

I  really like the Louisiana Hot Sauce I received.  This is a great hot sauce.  It is a cayenne pepper sauce.  It isn't super hot, but it has a good flavor.  I am not big on hot sauces that are extremely sour.  This one is not.  It just has a good balance of flavors along with the heat.  

Mexene Chili Powder has been around since 1906.  Their chili powder comes from sun ripened chili peppers.  They have a quality product that has an excellent taste.
